Our work

Real work, told straight.

Our one finished case study is our founder’s own business. Here’s the whole story, including what didn’t work.

Case study · Glyde

One owner, no staff, and an AI back office.

Glyde is a charter bus and shuttle company in New York and New Jersey, booked for weddings, company trips and group travel. Our founder, Alex Rehaoui, runs it on his own.

The challenge

Too many jobs for one person.

New leads came in while Alex was on the road. Quotes went out late, and follow-ups depended on memory. The website had 14 pages and the Google profile had 10 reviews.

In the first quarter of 2026, only 16% of revenue came from customers who booked Glyde directly. The rest came through partner companies.

What we built

An AI back office, starting June 2026.

  • A new website, grown from 14 to 199 pages
  • AI drafts a reply to every lead, in the owner’s voice
  • Follow-up reminders on open quotes
  • Review requests after trips
  • A live dashboard of leads and bookings

Results

What changed, in percentages.

We share percentages, not dollar amounts. Every number comes from Glyde’s own records.

Direct bookings grew from 16% to 51% of revenue.

Direct bookings are customers who book Glyde themselves instead of through partner companies. By October 2026, they were half the business.

October is peak wedding season, and there’s no 2025 number to compare, so read the 51% with that in mind.

42% of this year’s direct bookings came through the website.

What didn’t work

Paid search ads brought Glyde zero bookings.

So we stopped them, and put the effort into fast answers, reviews and showing up on Google.

We only sell what we’ve tested on our own business first.

The fine print, in plain words

  • These numbers show what changed and when. They don’t prove the website or the AI caused it. A lot changed at once.
  • October is peak wedding season, and there’s no 2025 number to compare.
  • Some October jobs came from leads that arrived before the new website launched.
  • The Google numbers are small, and many of those searches were for Glyde’s own name.
  • We don’t claim bigger orders or a better close rate. The data doesn’t show that.
  • Numbers run from June to October 2026 unless a date says otherwise. Dollar amounts are left out on purpose.
