I already have a website. Do I need a new one?

Not always. A free online scorecard shows how your current site does on a phone and on Google. If it works, the Google Tune-Up may be all you need.

Who writes the review replies?

AI drafts each reply in your voice, using your real details. A person approves every one before it posts.

What counts as a small edit?

Things like new hours, prices, photos, a menu update or a holiday notice. Bigger jobs get a quote before any work starts.

What happens if I cancel?

After the first 3 months you can stop any month. You keep your website, domain and Google profile. They were always yours.
