Alex’s story

One owner, no staff, and too many jobs.

Alex runs Glyde, a charter bus and shuttle company in New York and New Jersey. He runs it solo: no staff, no front desk, no one to pick up the phone while he’s on the road.

That meant new leads waited. Quotes went out late. Follow-ups lived in his head, and reviews only came when someone remembered to ask.

So he used AI to build Glyde’s back office: a new website, quick replies to every new lead, follow-ups on open quotes and review requests after trips. A person still approves what goes out. The busywork just stopped landing on him.

Now he does the same for other local businesses across New York: studios, salons, restaurants, shops and supermarkets.

Everything we sell, we built and tested on our own business first.
