What our forms collect

The free visit form asks for your name, business name, business type, whether you’d like a visit or an online scorecard, and your phone and email. Your website and your biggest headache are optional.

The contact form asks for your name, business name, phone, email and your message.

Each form also sends the address of the page you used, so we know which form it came from. That’s all. We don’t ask for payment details or passwords.

How we use it

Only to reply to you, and to set up the visit or send the scorecard you asked for. We don’t add you to a mailing list, and we don’t use your details for ads.

You may get one automatic email confirming we received your message.

Where it’s kept

Form messages go to our private Google account, as a row in a spreadsheet and an email to us. Emails you send us stay in our business inbox, and visits you book online go into our Google calendar. Only we can see them.

Never sold

We never sell, rent or trade your details. The only outside services that handle them are the ones that run our forms, email and booking calendar, and only so the message reaches us.

Cookies and tracking

This site has no ads and no tracking cookies. Our fonts load from Google Fonts, so Google sees your device’s internet address when a page loads. Our web host may keep basic visit records, like which pages were loaded, for security.

Asking us to delete your details

Just ask. Email us at hello@smartservenyc.com, or send a message through our contact form, saying you’d like your details deleted. We’ll delete what we have and tell you when it’s done.

Changes

If we change this page, we’ll update the date at the top.
